Life coaching is about forward movement. As a coach, I join you on the journey with you leading with your own visions and dreams. As a facilitator, my intention is to create safe spaces for women to gather. Circles and group offerings can seriously nourish the soul and you may even come away with a bff or two.

Through my own seasons of life I have learned how important it is to listen to my own desires and needs. It has not always been easy, in fact, there were times where I lost complete sight of myself.
As a certified life coach by The Integrative Wellness Academy and a Certified Sparketype Avisor I bring years of experience leading groups, coaching and creating a community for women to grow and connect. It is a joy to serve women and teens in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We can connect through a coaching session or find community at a Gathering.
